Hope not. Joined foxes talk ages ago but just don't like the visual layout so dumped it. I did rejoin recently because this has gone quiet but much prefer this board. Do miss the Hull, QPR and other posters that used to be on here.
... there is a turnover of posters - the total numbers don't move that much ... .. 'Visitors' make the board more lively .. I enjoy the Prem board itself which is arguably the most active of all .. try it ..but be prepared for some flak on there
Alot of the time this season when a match has been on it's been very quiet, like wise after a match. Maybe because we've been winning and there's little to moan about. "UTF"
I think you've hit the nail on the head there. Last season and the couple of seasons before (in fact whenever Pearson picked a team!) there were always a number of posters who wondered if the manager had actually been watching the same team the previous week. With the manager's ability to divide opinion over his team selection and his antics with the press there was always plenty of things to debate, and that led to some very polarised (but entertaining!) opinions. It's all been so different under Ranieri. When he first arrived and before he had been given a chance to show what he could do there was much divided opinion about his appointment. But since then he seems to be picking teams that makes sense and uses subs effectively. We have become a 'happy' club on and off the field. The owners are great, the facilities are good, the squad is the strongest it has ever been, we play entertaining and attacking football, we are second in the league and other clubs' supporters quite like us! Not much to split opinion is there really? Long may it continue.
Think you're spot on Bucks. Our recent run of form has clearly stunned us all in to near silence. We're all happy, which lets be honest, is a confusing position for a Leicester fan. Even the Monday night moan in must be quiet these days. I do look at FoxesTalk but much prefer this forum.
... I do miss the opportunity to converse in rather unique languages ... Queenie after a night on the pop was always funny (not intentionally so)
I'm guilty of board hovering and not posting much but its quality stuff from the core members and "the odd guest".
I see the ´TEAM v SPURS` thread has 26 posts so far so I guess all´s not lost if people are posting on an FA cup game. Foxes Talk seems to be more active mind.
I dont think the boards dying at all, theres nothing to really debate as we are doing so well apart from semantics and its FA Cup week so theres less interest. This is the first time ive been on really in a week.
