However when visiting my sister in Melbourne a few years back I was introduced to an estate agent who was QPR mad and had a QPR number plait on his Merc
I thought the question was directed at the Jeremy Thorpe scandal just aired recently. Is the first gunman hired to do the job on Norman Scott one of us? They all met in Goldhawk Road to discuss the deed and the price. ALLEGEDLY.
Here in Oz, I just tried to get '630 SQN' .......... for $165.00 ( my fathers old RAF Lancaster squadron at East Kirkby, Lincolnshire ) ......... but was told it was taken. Every number before and after 630 was available. Typical! I could however, could get ''630 SQDN'......... for $3,250.00 As much as l wanted it, I said, no thanks. Footnote - Sorry to change the topic but from comments made, ( much $$$ ) I saw the semblance of it all.
Here is a screen grab from a website I found linking QPR number plates for sale in the UK... Many more here if you have a few £'s disposable income down the back of your sofas... https://www.nationalnumbers.co.uk/number-plate-search/qpr/
Not QPR-related (although he is a fellow season-ticket holder), but a friend of mine has CRA1C. He paid £15,000 for it.
BMW? Too chavvy for me mate. I sell drugs I don’t deal them. And it’s in very poor taste to have a personalised number plate. When did a screen shot become a screen ‘grab’? Or is there a difference?
screengrab (third-person singular simple present screengrabs, present participle screengrabbing, simple past and past participle screengrabbed) To generate a screenshot. https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/screengrab There you go Stan.
At the risk of side tracking the thread, and with apologies to BMW owners on here, they really are the worst drivers on the road! Fast, aggressive and dangerous.
