That's a penalty CJS. In my opinion, the main problem is that since the officials have become professional, linesmen given more powers and are now called "assistant referees" that get judged by an offical in the stand and cameras at every ground they've become almost afraid to actually give a decision in case they get marked down.
i agree with that. the officials not just been poor towards us. they been very poor in general. i just dont know how this wasnt a penalty!
