I noticed on BBC, when commenting on the things happening at Villa Park, that the transfer fee paid to Bristol City may rise to 15 million pounds. Did I miss something in the wash or was there a clause in the agreement that would afford us more money if certain things happened? An extra 5 million wouldn't go amiss.
Yeah that is the case, though I suspect it was based on promotion and/or a certain target of goals, which doesn't bode that well for us.
Aston Villa are in a financial mess and Kodgia has hardly set the world alight. If there are any financial add ons to come Im pretty sure theyd rather off load him than pay out any more. They gambled big this season are really going to struggle to meet FPP.
Yes a big decision ahead for Villa - do they gamble like Leicester, Bournemouth and Wolves by intentionally not meeting FFP and paying the fine? Sooner or later someone is going to take a big gamble and end up completely stuffed
