Do you guys think that the gazza money is available or if it has gone to pay the debts as Martin keeps saying about the kids coming through or is he waiting for the quality players to become available .
he only mentions the kids in terms of hes not looking to sign players to take thier place in the squad he going to give them a chance, not that he has no money so all he is left with is the kids. you have to remember that money has only just come in and therefore although im sure he had ideas should it come in there wouldnt have been players and deals in place for as soon as gazza went. i expect before preseason for allen to make maybe 2 signings using funds, if he doesnt find decent option (which there seem plenty of) on a free
