The daily mail has reported that sahin could infact be on his way to liverpool however a turkish newspaper has rubbished the claims saying he is still on course to join arsenal and guillem balague said that arsenal and real madrid had agreed terms on the deal, however mourinho doesn't like wenger and obviously has a great relationship with brendan rodgers from their time at chelsea, and another story in the daily mail that we could make a move for navas if walcott leaves, ehm yes please.

But it is the daily mail and there are no quotes from the daily mail about both stories so we'll just have to wait and see.

I suspect it all comes back to Sahin not wanting to close the door on playng for Madrid again. Navas rumours are Bollox

Apparently Sahin was expected at afc for a medical on Monday, but didn't show. Clubs still talking. via YoungGunsBlog.

Seems stupid now. If Madrid have accepted a 14m clause, why not put something in about the player having to agree too!? That way everybody wins. If he enjoys being with Arsenal and wants to stay, he can. If he doesn't, he won't be forced to.

He was born in Germany and played most of his football there. They might have some decent links to him or the people around him.

Goal.com are a terrible source. Apparently the German source weakened their earlier claim. It's nothing we haven't heard before. Still waiting. This deal may go down to the last day of the transfer window. I hope not.

    'GoonerRVP'

I am just going to assume that you do not know how to change your username, rather than keeping it by choice.

You like having the name of a Man Utd player in your username?

To be fair anything would be better than the oxymoron that is Gooner'RVP', right now. <laugh>
