Had a phone call yesterday off DWP, stating that i still owed them £2400 from between the period 1993-1995, for overpayments relating to Hosing Benefit. Can they still claim the money back after nearly 17 years? Any legal eagles on here who could help?
There used to be a guy on here who gave out legal advice, he also done a bit of work as a butcher on the side. Into some dodgy dealings as well We think he died though, Nev Bartos got to him before the polis did
best bet is to attach the hose to the exhaust of a car and place the other end inside the the car then sit in close the doors and windows and take nice slow deep breaths, no ****er will ever get the money off ya
You mean statute barred? As in a debt can no longer be chased legally after 6 years?? Be careful as the 6 years is from the last contact where you acknowledge the debt, ie payment, letter to them saying you will pay them etc. Try and get details to prove it is over 6 years before contacting them as if its less they will play hard ball to make you pay before the 6 years........you may even want to check if monies owed to HMRC is covered by this or if its a 12 year period.
I would not be surprised one bit if it did turn out to be Pope. He does commit 100% to his alter-egos Still it would be an Oscar winning performance because Super Hooper is properly mental, entirely not right. The clowns have taken over the circus.
I still honestly can't tell whether he is or not. I'll put my hands up to being wummed if it is Pope. The **** he posts is funny but also ****ed-up and scary.
