Is the overall level of interest in football in England decreasing or increasing

if you are from England can u tell me?

 

I think it'll be hard for anyone to tell, because it is hard to define what constitutes a football fan. Generally speaking, the numbers must be on the up obviously in proportion to the population. But the overall percentage must be a slightly going down as there are so many distractions, so much to do to entertain yourself.
