i should imagine the club will be talking to the council, police,weather people etc about safety around the ground, roads,footpaths etc any more snow due etc etc, until that is done, don't know if has already? obviously there is nothing wrong inside the ground but getting to and from the ground on safety issues is what will hold up what decision is made.
I heard they are working with Norwich to promise safe grounds, travel, etc. I am sure Anfield will have the warmers out and the grass ready to rumble.
