The case for the prosecution seems, at this juncture, to be quite compelling. If found guilty, which almost seems like a mere formality, the only sentence under consideration would be a custodial sentence. You don't cheat the Taxman AND lie about it in a court of law. Not in this country.

wow, someone else who's actually heard of it. TBH I, as a person with dyspraxia, totally believe him. filling in any sort of form is an absolute ****ing nightmare, I have the penmanship of a 7 year old and have no grasp of beaurocracy at all, I've lost about 6 passports and **** knows how many driving licenses, at least 15. Tax office is always sending me forms to fill in, despite them being told time and time again not to, so they all end in the bin.
