Could you see this actually happening? Would you be up for John Still coming in?? Couldnt really see it happening after Powell signing 2 players and the 3rd about to sign (Bury Town GK) over the last few days! As FHB said, originated from the people, no back up since so think it was nonsense. The board have always maintained CP is a part of the project- no good having CP start to sign players/start negotiations if the idea were to replace him.
I think there would be uproar if Powell went, not because everyone rates him, but simply as the new board majorly disrupted a play-off potential season once, and doing it again now would be taking the Mick out of the club. However I do rate John still, someone I had in mind for the job the last 2 times it was available, I think he'd do a top job.
