<peacedove>I'm glad he chose Scotland, after what Capello said about Darren Bent the other night, and after the extremely sub standard performance in South Africa, I don't think Bardsley should have anything to do with the England set up, they nothing more than bunch of overpaid wannabes. They may be good for their clubs where they have world class foreign talent around them, making them look good but put them all together in he same team and they are hopeless, nothing but egotistical embarresments, Phil Bardsley is best of without them

It's closer for him to travel to Hampden Park than it is to travel to Wembley!

I wonder how good Cappelo will think Bent is when Rooney, Defoe and Carroll are fit?

He wouldn't get in the England side under Capello if he played every top forward off the park every week. Bent scored 24 Prem goals for us and he took Emile Heskey to the World Cup? Whatever Capello says, and I think he talks poop, he has his favourites and he seems mighty reluctant to change them.

    I mean, Emile Heskey??????

I've had it now with supporting England-upon Thames. Screw Cappelo and screw England.

    "Oh flower of Scotland,
When will we see.....your like again.
That fought and died for, yer wee bit hill and glen.
And stood against him (Whos that?)
    Proud Edwards army.
And send him homewards.......to think again!"
