Well is he? He doesn't really have a go at the red, always keeps his cool. For me ferguson and pardew set a terrible example and will sell their souls no matter what. Marty is not like that......discuss....
I hardly see MON as a gentleman. He's arrogant, stubborn and ruthless. It's what makes him a decent manager. I don't think a gentleman would make it as a manager in the modern game.
while mon was manager at villa i got talking to a chap from nottingham and he told me he knew mon personally he said mon was very clever well spoken and very polite a thourally nice guy and while ive never met or spoken to him thats exactually the way i see him.
There are some others. I think Hughton is a real gentleman of the game. The way he handled the disgraceful treatment from the barcodes and also the dignified silence he keeps in general. Also, after the 5 1 win he engineered over us, there wasn't any gloating or nastiness. Imagine what a twatful interview someone like Pardew would have made? I also think Steve Clarke at WBA Is A decent bloke too.
Totally agree. Forgot to mention him flanders. Pep Guadiola also comes across as a real gentleman too and is aclass act. Hope he comes to the EPL next season.
You couldn't write some of this stuff. Are you forgetting his bans at various stages for poor behaviour on the touchline? I think UEFA had to ban him a few times in the CL and UEFA cup. He even got banished to the stands during in friendly tournament when at Villa and lets not forget his antics during the derby. You'll have to look elsewhere for a saint CT.
