He predicts 1-1 against Liverpool! Now that's telling!

Then he goes to say that if he lived in London he would have season ticket at the Cottage!

    Are we missing something?

Only that he's never bought a ticket for a game in his life.

I would have definately expected Lawro to predict an away win. The variability of performances this season gives me no clue what to predict.

However does anyone else completely disagree with Lawro saying there is no pressure on us to win? Because of our dire away record I'm pretty sure there's always pressure on us to win our home games. I expect at least a draw from most home games, aside from city and united where anything is a bonus and expect 3 points against pretty much all teams below 7th/8th in the league. He seems to think that as fans we wouldn't really care if we got relegated the way he writes what he says.

Lawros predictions are worse than mine,so I
would not attach much significance to what he says

lawro is clueless. His talk is inconstistent, and it is against his nature to predict an upset. If all his predictions had been correct, then Newcastle would currently be sitting in the relegation zone.
