We're all disappointed yes and the team SHOULD be performing better, the fans are being really let down at the minute. We can all say 'we have a good team', but many fans from other PL relegated teams have said this in the past. Having said all this I think Hughes should still be given time, its just how much time that im unsure of.

On the basis that this is the best squad of the past 15 or so years and we're rooted to the bottom I'd say yes it is

It is. When you play well and don't pick up points it's bound to start going backwards at some point. That point was Reading. We have largely a team of mercenaries, not grafters so turning it around may not be that easy. They've forgotten how to win, which is seriously worrying now.

You don't have a good team, what you have is a group/squad of many talented individuals that simply aren't being managed correctly and therefore can't perform as a team, unless you're forced into a reaction (or a london derby).

QPR need to sack Hughes and get in Harry Redknapp, he is made for your club and will bring back the flair and substance, and get you up the table and out of this mess you're in.

As tonights we are bunch of individuals (some of our players SWP,Onuoha etc not even good one of those....), and the WHU players were TEAM. Their both goals (even they were a bit lucky and fluke ones) were real team goals. Our only one was brilliant individual masterpiece by A. Taarabt.........

I'd love to say no but even I have to say yes and agree with Boss on this one.

With the greatest of respect the next 3 games for Hughes are:

    WBA (A)
    Everton (H)
    Arsenal (A)

On current form it would be difficult to see how Hughes can turn it around.

I won't advocate sacking Hughes but at the moment it doesn't look. QPR have looked very good in spells v West Ham/Chelsea/Spurs/City but there seems to be a lack of cutting edge.

10 games is a better time to judge though, but I'd be worried if you haven't got more than 5 points on the board even at this early stage.

Unlike Reading and Norwich IMO the ability IS there, I still think you can have a good season but something needs to change albeit tactics or something else...

It was just frustrating to watch first half we were so bad. I believe SWP and Park should not play against WBA and Granero needs some physical strenght. He was so weak against some WHU players tonight.

Yep sorry when I stated team I actually meant individuals believe it or not, or how the squad looks on paper.

I've been banging on for about 2/3 months about how much we don't look like a team.

Sorry mate didn't mean to make it sound like I was having a dig at you, as QPR are your club so am sure you're aware of how poor you look as a team.

But you do have a group of talented players, I think all fans (of all clubs) are aware of this and if this carries on with Hughes then you could be stuck down the bottom, which would be crap considering how the club have fought to get promotion to the premier league and survived last year.

Not yet. On basis of first half, probably. However the other QPR team came out in second half.

I still believe MH can turn this around, especially once key injuries are back.

If we are bottom 3 by 10 games, then is the time for (very expensive) change but not til then.

Having said that, I suspect the board are closely monitoring the situation.

All his teams have started the season poorly then gone on to finish in the top 10, why should it be any different now he's our manager? None of his teams ever fly out the blocks, but a season is a marathon not a sprint!!

We are a team, we've shown it in recent games. Hughes got it wrong tonight by choosing the wrong players and we didn't play until we were 2 down and in no time, we're down to 10. So frustrating.

Every season the prem has a whipping boy. If you look around you and can't spot him, then you must then realise that it is you.

Hughes has to somehow make this collection of individuals play as a team.
    We need a win.
It has to start v West Brom away.

This awayday curse must end or for Hughes time will run out, and it will be the end I fear.

Every dog has it's day. West Ham had theirs tonight. ( Deservedly so. )

    We must have ours soon.

worried=no disappointed=yes i don't think sacking sparky is the right thing to do at the moment but then i'm a patient person.we need stability but in the same breath it's a results business,so there is the problem mr fernandes has but he doesn't seem a knee jerker.
