Is it my imagine or is the communication still lousy?

Now I am firmly established in my new west coast home I have been following the Bristol City saga with more interest and I can't help but notice some things haven't changed despite commitment to the opposite.

Looking at Bristol City on BBC Sport I see the headline under our team's name rarely ever changes and all I see is the last result posted for weeks on end and I thought the supporters had been reassured by our leaders that it would change. Doesn't look to me as if any of the lack of communication has moved forward and it appears that the likes of us are still being kept in the dark on all matters associated with our club. Obviously due to my location I don't have the local insight that comes from being in the area of Bristol but nonetheless I still like to keep up, and moan about the comings and goings, and all the gossip coming out of Ashton Gate.

I know this season is not going the way most of us would like but at least we have strung a couple of better results together to move us slightly up the table and let's hope that trend continues. Bristol City have never been the best communicating team in the world and despite making a commitment to improve and involving supporters in a more positive way it doesn't seem to me to be getting any better but then perhaps someone can tell me I'm wrong. Honesty and openness will bring back the fans and if you string more positive results together then perhaps some of the shine will reappear in our world.

The News Now site is excellent - I have used that for years.

Our website - to be fair to the club it's in the format it's in because the Football League signed a deal - they are all in the same format - our site unfortunately got worse when this happened

Thanks for some other information gathering sites guys and I have felt for some time that BBC Sport does a somewhat disappointing job. If we can get through this season without falling any more of the pace then I will be satisfied, but I still believe that the lack of attention to the right details over the last few years has led us to this point. Good decisions and the right people in the right places is what we require to turn around what I consider to be a disgraceful state of affairs precipitated by lousy decisions at all the wrong times, but we must forget about the past and try and move on to a better future.

You see what moving to a beautiful place has done to my demeanour! Save the whales and all that stuff!

The thing is we complain about the news coming out of the club, but in fairness what do we have to judge it against? I don't look at other teams sites so I don't know maybe they are all as ****e as each other.
