I know most of us are reasonable level headed people My thoughts have been moving away from CH and drifting more to pointing the finger at our coaching staff. The majority of our team is the same as last year, with the exception of Seb,Turner and Snods,who have strengthened us IMO,so why are we failing to perform on the park? Was our success down not to Lambert but Culverhouse and Karsa? Trollop and Calderwood never come over as being "top drawer" Perhaps a change on the training ground is needed. Any suggestions like maybe Fleming,Huckerby etc
Hughton works with them and as I understand plays a much more visable and instrumental part in the training than PL did. The lot of them are all as culpable as each other, well nearly you'd have to say final decisions must rest with CH the clown and therefore he must shoulder the majority of the blame. Players are not free of blame either but the manager and coaches have overseen a slow painful decline since December and there does not seem to have been a single idea from them how to arrest it!
