Every time I open the BBC Football web page and see Robbie Savages' face I want to punch it!
Am I being overly aggressive and irrational in my utter dislike for the guy? Seeing his mug does not entice me to log into his page and listen to his views on the game. Having said that I'm glad Leighton James isn't there when I log in, I'd be forever buying new monitors!

I must admit that Lilly was not one of my favourite players but if DJ had used a player like him, with passion & aggression we might have done a wee bit better.

And have a centre circle with no grass because in his last 2 or 3 years he rarely ventured out of it. What was that tv programme - Ever Decreasing Circles?

I didn't mind him for Wales because of what he brought to the side in terms of spirit, commitment and work rate but as a club player I hated him. First in with the gob and first to run away when the big boys arrived to sort things out (see Spurs v. Leicester League Cup Final a few years ago when he got Justin Edinburgh - now Newport County manager by the way - sent off).
