Bank Holiday ? Dunno. though its Anzac Day in Australia in a couple of days, when the whole nation has a holiday to commemorate a chocolate bar.
Why would I have? Canny be any better than any other compression scheme or perhaps I would have. Nowt wrang wi good old fashioned zip. If the unpackers you've tried on the file don't work it most likely means your file is corrupt/damaged/incomplete.
A quick google tells me Armadillo is a packing (compression scheme). If the unpacker doesn't work on your file it either wasn't packed by Armadillo or it's corrupt. And am I **** gonny help ye nick another programmers work ya ****.
Ah right. So this Armadillo thingy protects PE format files (executables and dynamic link libraries). Ye'd need to get a binary editor and hack it around at machine level which would require and understanding of machine code, or, get a dissassembler and hack it around at assembly language level, which would require an understanding of assembly language. Not to mention an understanding of Windows PE file format. I would imagine you would have to modify the application entry point address to bypass whatever protection code Armadillo has injected into the executable. This is a guess though, am too lazy to go and find out what Armadillo actually does. An it disny matter if the programmer is a prick - am no stealing the bread out of any ****'s mooth.
