The more I read about Man.Utd's new manager, the more I think that he is a slightly-younger version of Sir Alex!!In truth,a bully that the players are scared of!How the heck does that make him a good coach? We have a top-quality coach at our club in Gus Poyet, but to me the rest of them are bullies!

It's the knowing who can be "bullied" and who needs a "gentle reminder" about their position and the way they play which is the difference between a top coach and a Paolo Di Canio. I think pdc had some amazing ideas but his way of putting them across ****ed him. If Van Gaal gets the balance right then United will be back next season. If not, he'll be on the dole

Like any good manager involved in man=management then the rules are outlined at the beginning with the warning of no exceptions - regardless.

First rule being "talk in a soft voice but let them see the big stick".
