Byram unable to train for a couple of weeks and unlikely to feature against Charlton. Hopefully he doesn't turn out to be another crock like Seth Johnson and Erik bakke.
I think it is far too early to tell, two injuries and bearing in mind this injury is only keeping him out for a couple games is just not enough to go on. This is something that you risk though when you expect so much from a youngster, some can handle it but others struggle with the higher intensity and we've seen it happen all too often at Leeds.
Spot on Josh ... Byram is still a baby and physically nowhere near as strong as Mowatt or Poleon ... I'm happy with him playing 20 games this season while he develops as long as McD gets cover in for the wide right position ... Byram was clearly over played by Colin last season when he used Peltier at left back (go figure) and the weight of tough games has taken its toll on a brave lad who is Leeds through and through and who played his heart out every time ... the experienced pros need to look hard at themselves and how they coasted through quite a few games looking after themselves the cowards!
This wouldn't have happened to the lad if Ken Bates had still been in charge We'd have sold him in the summer and not had all this worry
Doubt if there were many beating the door down in the summer to sign a player that even his own club can't figure out the extent of his injury or injuries
Don't ruin the argument with logic Though you make a fair point, maybe GFH are not so bad after all, and would have sold if they possibly could have.
