Is anyone old enough to recall this dance?

Think it was called the Slosh or the Slush or something like that.

Was popular in the late 70's slash early 80's mainly exclusive to women.

They would all line up in a line dancing style, then walk and kick and clap hands etc.

I asked my English missus, but she'd never heard of it.

Starting to think it was a Scottish thing.

The Slosh - performed by grannies, and "older" women at weddings etc. Probably is a Scottish thing Jazz.

Except when the Bealster does it.

Ian Beale - the cockney Travolta.

    Hated but rated.
