Is 18 assists and 9 goals in the league from midfield not enough?

    Lets just say Nani stays next season (unlikely) what will he have to do next season? At the moment he could possibly score 2 or 3 goals more in the league and probably assists another 2 or 3 as well. So will 11 goals and 20 assists in the league not be good enough? I feel he will have to assist 30 and score 20 in the league next season to get any recognition and for this reasons what is even the point in Nani staying. He could get all the plaudits in another league such as in seria a.

    Perhaps he could get recognition in the form of a dual Kleenex sponsorship deal with the lovely Wayne,an advert showing Nani dealing with a paper cut in his mard arse manner and the pride of scousers climbing off a granny and wiping himself down could scoop an award
