Just been announced - pleased for Macca Bradyand Meyler but staggered Quinny can't seem to get a look in, particularly since he's played so well with us this season..

Using this game as a barometer Quinny performed far better than Meyler against Wednesday....

Dont stress it - it is MUCH better for us if he doesnt get called up. In an ideal world none of them would when we're in the position we are ie chasing promotion, little rotation, knackered team, no strength in depth, need a rest.

With all these players in the Irish squad surely Trappatoni will be seen at the KC a few times, so Quinn if he players well will be in the shop window, which should improve his chances.

Maybe it's because the Irish national team have better players in Quinn's position.

Since we're talking about the Paddy's, City's Kealan Dillion has been called up to their U19 squad.
