Just wondering if there is any interest to go to this match? Ryanair flights to Gatwick are 40 euros return depart 07.45 and return 21.55. There is a big chance this game will be chosen for live TV coverage either on the Friday night or the Saturday morning. If it is Friday night and you book your flights now, you will have to reassess your flights/hotels. The worst case scenario is you book a single outward flight on the Friday and book a hotel or you lose your 40 euros. If it is Saturday morning 12.15 kick off, the flight times are ok. I am willing to take the risk to get the 40 euro flights. I know 4 lads at least who will be going. Any interest?
Fingi....sounds like a plan.....we may also have a Burnley fan with us, my golfing mate is considering going, he promises to stay quite if they score (which they won't)......
Just looked on sky sports championship games and they have the tv games selected up to 18th January so the next games should be announced fairly shortly.....
I'll be amazed if it's not on Sky, they usually pick out the leaders more often in the 2nd half of the season...
Bump Thought I would bump this thread to see if anyone else is intending to travel over. Fingi et al, Inky, myself and my Burnley supporting mate are all booked on the 7;45 flight into Gatwick from Dublin and with the early ko we are returning on the 18:10. Flights are around €45 - €50 at the moment so don't leave it too late to book......
Time for a Bump.... Fingi has booked 12 tickets in Lower School End Block Z3 Row L91 - 96 & Row K 91- 96, same seats as had against Brum & Charlton. So if anyone else is going and hasn't got a ticket yet that is where we will be..... Refreshment place of choice for post game tipple to be decided in due course.....
Got tickets in Loft for myself and the young fella ... staying over to watch his beloved Arsenal on Sunday too.
because of the early ko I'd imagine we'd prob meet afterwards col. I'm happy to potter along with the majority though.
