right I've bought a tri-colour. ( sorry Belfast it's nothing personal! ) it's 5ft wide by 3ft high. what do I put on it? the old badge? the new badge? Irish R's on one side? the Waterford-Wexford badges on the other? etc etc I'm hoping a few more of you will bring flags too but we can use this one at future meets as well.
He's well represented on it. The final third of the flag in fact! (Although he may well be Northern Nationalist in which case its all his flag!) Fair play to ye Inky. Try and get down to the front of the stand so you can hang it over the edge and we can all see it. Personally I'd go with the current badge on the white part and nothing else. Beautiful in its simplicity.
Would you not go to a flagmaking company and see if they can make a professional flag? I would chip in a few euro to help with costs. Rather than the Irish tricolour, why don't you put the Irish shamrock on it. It is a little less political and represents the whole island irrespective of national allegience.
id say itd cost more than a few euro finglas! i only bought this coz it was on sale for €9! it'll cost about another €25 to get the badge printed on it. If someone wants to get something else done then fire away.
The Protestants already have half of the National Flag dedicated to them. How much more do they want FFS?!!!!

I am not a 'Northerner' I'm an 'Easterner' and I got over the Nationalist bit some time ago. I want a picture of Richard Dawkins on the flag! Or else! Or else Peter from Family Guy(he's Irish).
