Manning, a Republic of Ireland Under-19 international, can play up front or in midfield and has attracted interest from a number of English clubs. The 18-year-old is expected to finalise his move to Loftus Road in the coming days and will initially be part of Rangers’ development squad, managed by Steve Gallen. Meanwhile, striker Mauro Zarate has had his medical ahead of a proposed loan move from West Ham. Zarate, 27, is set to join the R’s for the rest of the season after failing to make an impact since the Hammers signed him in the summer.
BBH, I think we need to see more of that little three lettered word, 'who', around QPR. Real scouting is an art form that finds those 'whos' and makes them into the envy of other Clubs. While we have a track record here, Sterling for example, the real trick is keeping them ourselves for the long term. I think we've seen enough prima donna names who have brought us to the depths of debt we are now in. Bring on the 'whos' to add to the long term stability of this Club.
