The Americans are definitely the greatest threat to world peace. There hasn't been a peep about Iran for 10 years and now all of a sudden they were complicit in the attacks. I swear to God, Americans get dumber every day.
Iran is mainly shia and al qaeda are meant to be mainly sunni, there is no love lost there so seems to be the making of another false reason for war
I was actually living in the US at the time that the twin towers were destroyed. The overwhelming response by many US citizens was. "Someone is going to pay for this". Just another example of, when justice is wrongly done, it in itself is worse than the crime it was supposed to punish.
Define "a threat to the world" As far as I can see the US is only a threat to vicious dictatorships who promote hatred of a foreign enemy to deflect domestic dissent. You may disagree with the reasons why the US targets these countries but that doesn't mean their rulers have any moral high ground to stand on
This is not a new thing though mate. Going back to the 60's, Chile ( hardly a threat to the world), democratically voted in a communist government. It didn't last long, CIA involvement and a little support for the opposition soon saw thousands of killings of the communist regime, seem to remember Central America also being bullied into the way the US wanted it to go. The only reason Cuba is not an American state is because of Castro and the willingnes of the USSR to defend him.
