We've drifted badly out to 7-4 with the bookies !? I'm all over us at that price, we're bad, Forest are worse....!

I don't normally write again on a forum during a game, however, what the hell is going on with Bullard - is it due to the relocation ? Without Leadbitter we started to get results now that clowns back in the side my confidence is certainly dented !

Come on lads PLEASE get a result today. Looking at the lineup, I struggle to see where our goals will come from - perhaps JET ?

No need to wonder where Forest’s goals are coming from when they’re up against our bunch of dynamic, talented and coached to military precision deadbeats.

Five minutes it took them, and the Sky Sports bloke said they already should have been a goal up.

Never mind, with our SAS style record of battling bravely against the odds we’re bound to come back with at least four.

We did it once! We didn’t forty other times, but we did it once!

Why is it when a team has a poor record (i.e forest not scoring in over 10 hours) that they play us and we are the ones to change that. For the last two years we have been breaking unwanted record after unwanted record. Teams who haven't won at PR for many years come and do us over, longest run to get your first win of the season etc. All of our history is rapidly being eroded away. At the moment I am struggling to think of anyone (except Cresswell and Carson and some of the reserve team players) who I actually want at the club.
    Seriously, what is going on?

According to the Ipswich iplayer bloke, Drury is playing just behind JET in a 4-4-1-1.

He also said our defence was dismal for four out of the first five minutes. I wonder which minute they looked like footballers who’d received some professional coaching.

At least they’ve provoked no further comment, negative or otherwise, since then. Things are looking up.

    Indeed.

I made a panic stricken post a few weeks ago about who needs shipping out, who on a Bosman come June deserves a new deal etc. If you thought our squad needed serious rebuilding after the ravages of Keane, it could be worse come the summer.

Serious work needs doing in January and the summer. The “team needs time to gel” contingent will love it.

Thanks, iplayer commentators, for telling us what a “great goal” it was.

The guy skinned Delaney by the sounds of it.

Never mind – the team needs time to gel, Forest have no new players and a long-serving manager. We’ll be scoring great goals soon.

And McGugan just nearly made it 3-0.

Keep Carson and Cressy, get rid of the rest, including that freaking useless twat Chopra!! Back to the norm of shipping in shed loads of goals, we could even turn it around but i don't care if we do, Jewell needs to go and now at the latest!!

How many games do we need to lose with Leadboots in the team before somebody realises he needs to go?
Please, please, please Grant, do us all a favour and **** off!!!!!!!!!!!!
We did ok without him and now he's back it's not been so great. I don't like laying the blame at one persons feet but it is too much coincidence that results are generally poorer with him playing. **** me, I would rather have Norris, Quinn or Colin Healy right now.

We are the softest touch in the league. A team of garden gnomes could break their scoring record against us.

At least we’ve had two headed scoring chance (both tamely nodded straight at the keeper, but of course), JET has hit the bar after what sounded like good play and Bowyer missed an open goal like a five year old girl. And just the two goals down.

Must be one of out better performances over the last three years.

Oh surprise surprise we're losing and Spanish is on top form - you couldn't script it !

What I am not understanding is the following -

Why do players go from being out of the squad to lining up ? Example Drury and Leadbitter ? Very poor management. We're on a decent ish run without Leadbitter, what possessed him to play Leadbitter again is beyond me !

I'm not happy either Spanish, 2-0 down at home to another strange side like Forest who have the players to be doing much better.

Perhaps though, it would be time to make a change after the game today. I'm all for giving managers time like we do, but I find whats going on with us pathetic at best. In my eyes we have the best side we've had in some time.............

All I keep hearing is Delaney hoofs in the vague direction of JET and Chopra, followed by the inevitably loss of possession.

I hope Delaney as long-ball playmaker isn't an intended and practised tactic.

Am I glad I didnt drive the 200 miles up!? Drury having a decent game...can we turn it round and come out all guns blazing?

Missing Sonks and Andrew of course....next goal seals it.

Westy, results and performances prove that we don't have the best team we've had for a while. It might be full of names you know but it is nowhere near any good. The team we had during Magilton's reign was better, what we could do with an Alan Lee charachter now.
