Luckily I park my car at my brother's house in Whitton and he drops me off at the ground but its despicable that fellow Town supporters have been fined for parking their cars in Chantry without any prior warning! For Donkeys years supporters have been parking their cars along Birkfield and Cambridge Drive on match days. If the Council don't like then go and build some more affordable car parking in easy access to the football ground! Weighty... Football supporters have been parking their cars along these roads for Donkeys years so why now do the Borough Council decide to start ticketing without any prior warning? The Bury Road Park & Road wasn't even open so where else are motorists supposed to park?
Warky, they were warned a few weeks ago and still kept doing it. I believe people have got tickets in the past and been charged for damage to the grass aswell. I have never had a problem parking, loads of little roads around and about. But I can't see why they can't open the bury park and ride and provide shuttle buses. could be a good little money spinner.

Not read the story if they are not illegally parked can't see a problem if they are illegally parked they shouldn't park there........the argument that they have been doing it for years is a poor one imo.
