Wycombe Sports Development Limited would like to invite Wanderers supporters to a special briefing at Adams Park to update fans on the progress made on the proposed Wycombe Sporting Village. On Tuesday 28th June, Steve Hayes and the Wycombe Sports Development Limited (WSDL) team are meeting with Wycombe District Council cabinet to set out the latest plans for the proposed Sporting Village. Following this meeting, WSDL want to update Wanderers fans as soon as possible about progress to date and the vision for the Sporting Village. Fans are therefore invited to attend a special briefing at 7pm on Monday 4th July at Adams Park. A presentation will be made followed by questions from the floor. As well as fans, WSDL also hope to welcome players of the club both past and present. WSDL believe that the Wycombe Sporting Village will bring significant social and economic benefits to the people of Wycombe. It will bring jobs and investment, health and lifestyle benefits, educational and training opportunities and world class leisure and sporting facilities. The group wants to give you a full and clear picture of what the proposals mean for you, the club and the town. You will hear the same information as is shared with the Council. WSDL want to give you the facts so you have the full information to hand. To manage numbers on the evening, fans need to register for this event by emailing [email protected] with their name and contact details. Please reply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Attendance is on a first come first served basis and we will be unable to accommodate anyone turning up without registering. If you are unable to attend, all of the information from the session will be made public online following the meeting.
Phone them Rocky. It's a tactic. Take a copy of your email with you and make sure you get in. Have a list of all the questions you want answered and only tick them off when they have been answered satisfactorily. Before the end summarise the unanswered questions to the floor and ask when they will be answered. Good luck.
