Does anyone us this? I have just been sent a card reader by the Nationwide to "supposedly" prohibit fraudulent actions. Always been a bit wary of using the Internet for banking but is it safe nowadays?
Not sure buddy, I've never used it. It is either phone the ****s up or visit them at my local friendly branch for this luddite fenian bastard.
Barclays have always looked after my riches and I've no complaints thus far. Anyway, when a customer signs up to Internet banking, he/she is automatically insured against cyber crime. It's the bank's responsibility to offer a safe and secure system.
I've been using it for years without incident. However, I'm very careful and always put on a condom for added protection before logging in.
Open up a current account in Guernsey if you can - I've one registered to a PO box there and I now get free VAT on all purchases of services, such as Sky, Amazon, the server this site is hosted on, Skype calls, Xbox Live downloads, etc etc. Tax dodging is fun
