Seems like he may not get clearance for this weekend:

Sunderland new-boy Alfred N'Diaye is in a race against time to be eligible to face West Ham on Saturday because of paperwork.

The France Under-21-midfielder has signed a three-and-a-half-year deal at the club after signing on from Bursaspor this week but the chances of him being able to make his debut at home to the east Londoners are receding.
Martin O'Neill is still waiting for the paperwork to come through from the Turkish FA and if they are not lodged with the English FA in time then he will have to wait to make his start.
Meanwhile, the 22-year-old is looking forward to playing for the club, and said: "I am very happy to sign for Sunderland and play in the Premier League.
"It has been my dream since I was young.
"The Premier League is the best championship in the world. I have watched it a lot.
"My first impression is the facilities here are very good and everyone has been very nice with me. I hope I can play well for Sunderland.
"Everybody tells me the Sunderland fans are crazy.
"They are very good fans, fantastic fans.
"I hope it can be possible to play on Saturday and I want to see the special atmosphere in the stadium."

Fingers crossed he can play - I don;t understand the "International clearance" ****e as, if we're his "employers" and paying his wages, how come he doesn't need clearance for that??
