I also would not expect Leeds to stay in the Championship for too long either as they should be able to attract better players (if KB opens the moth infested wallet of his) but it is not entirely out of the question for it to happen as with any other club. I would imagine if Leeds are not in the PL in the next 2 or 3 seasons at the most, players like Howson, Snodgrass, Gradel, Clayton, Becchio to name a handful will all be on their way or already gone to play at the higher level.

yes definitely, which is why it is easy to justify gunning for promotion earlier rather than later

There are a few sides in the Champ that need to get promoted soon. If Leicester fail to go up this year or next then I can see things turning very sour for them. Cardiff had a crack at it last year with a very strong squad. Can they maintain that push this year? Who knows, but if they fail to go up in the next year or two I think they may also have a tough time of it. Leeds have a very strong squad on paper this year, but will some of those players leave if they don't go up soon? Where would the money for replacements come from? No doubt, if replacements are available, Leeds should be able to attract them. It is all about money.

yea but we dont seem to be able to generate enough money to attract players for some reason, so we are getting young players in who are under par and hoping they come good. Gradel is a perfect example along with snoddy and clayton.

And super, Gradel did go to St. Etienne for about 2.5m
