Kane & Sterling upfront never convinced me at the World Cup but they really seem to have a great understanding these days.

We're back to the World Cup levels of not having any decent centrbacks though.
 
The mic in the Ireland v Bulgaria game is a little too close to Mick McCarthy:

May ‘only’ be Kosovo but really liking this front three of Sterling, Kane and Sancho.
 
I have to take back what I said about Stirling. I once said he was so one footed he might as well hop. He has certainly improved massively over the past two years. Sancho look class as well, come on Levy.

This team is the PL in microcosm...

Players can run with the ball but can't pass;
nobody's capable of slowing the game down;
defending is a lost art.

It's entertaining but I doubt that it'll win us anything.

It's basically all the roles that we have foreign players to fill. Except slowing the play down. That's about the only job Winks gets any credit for on here :D
