Who'se STUPID idea was it to put an International Break right slap bang over the end of the transfer window? It means players who are refused leave by their National Team won't be able to move clubs. It also disrupts your plans for upcoming qualifiers. Time with the National Team is limited as it is to try and produce a cohesive team atmosphere, so having players nip out for day or so to sign is really counter-productive. FIFA / UEFA / whoever is responsible for this shenanigans should have a long, hard look at themselves and make sure it doesn't happen again.
there should be a Transfer Week prior to the season starting. All this nonsense basically transpires during the last week of the window anyway.
