I'm no genius when it comes to the English language, but doesn't the word actually mean something along the lines of ' in the mean time' or provisionally?

What I don't understand, is who or what it is that Chelsea are waiting for?

If the fat Spanish wine waiter is the "Interim Manager", then who are Chelsea after?

In 10 years time you'll never be 10 metres away from an ex-Chelsea manager. <laugh>

"Actually"---"Really", "In truth" "In fact". I think we're after someone who can wn home games! The Special One, maybe!

Oh sorry! Read your text and thought you wanted to know the meaning of the word "Actually". I now realise its interim! You have it spot on -its "in the meantime!"

A cruel jibe might be that 'Inter-rim' is a name given to Rafa Benitez for his time at Inter Milan.

He was a bit of an arse by all accounts - arse/rim <whistle>
