    I think this was a big factor in us buying Yuki (that's not to say he isn't a decent player because he is). The interest and coverage in the MLS has also increased here since Beckham went. It's the way football's going now.

    The owners brought Yuki Abe when Paulo Sousa was in charge. Paulo admitted he wasnt in control of transfer with Mandaric buying Waghorn aswell.

    If the owners started to buy players i think Pearson would quit there and then
