I think that this team selection confirms if were needed that Pantsil, Berner,Ball, SSL, Oakley, Johnson, Moussa, Fernendes have all done there time here. Bye! Maybe Beckford, Howard and Dyer too.
Well, that's certainly stumped me. I think we can infer that both Pantsil and Ball's careers are over with us given Moore and Kennedy have been selected. Johnson as well who hasn't made the side again. The 48 hour turn-around will have been tough on the players and both us and Palace have made a lot of changes. I'd assume the few knocks we have include Peltier and Konchesky because I'd think they're unlucky to lose a place based on form. Maybe Konchesky (and indeed Wellens) weren't fit enough for 2 games in three days given their reduced training schedule. It looks like 3 at the back but could easily be Bamba in midfield and then Danns, Nugent, Schlupp the front three - we'll have to wait and see. Very interested in Liam Moore. 18 year old kid who's only first team experience has come on loan to Bradford. He's one of the most promising youth figures and captain of the youth team that got the the 1/4 finals of the FA Youth Cup. One things for sure, these players will be fired up to perform and I'd expect nothing less than a whole-hearted performance.
