Reading through a few comments on the yep this morning and came across this one from some guy count of monte fist. Thought every point made so much sense. Difficult to disagree with many of them

    1. We've had the so called well known managers and it got us no where.

    2. The old system of management has brought nothing ,12 years of nothing.

    3. All the past owners (last 12 years) have brought us nothing.

    4. We've so many so called players who have used and abused our club, the same mentality as the former owners.

    5. We have lived the Ridsdale nightmare. ..aactually we were still living the nightmare by outspending other Championship with cr..p players.

    6. We've had former owners using loans to pay the rent and loan players to play for us....All cr..p

    7. Now we have an owner using his own money.

    8. It will take time to rebuild

    9. We will live within our means...you can't wipe out more than 10 years of mismanagement and debt just like that.

    10. Even though we (the fans) know we are big no one else knows.

    11. The man coming in is a coach...not a manager.

    12. Mr. Cellino has 22 years of experience and the right contacts to get us up.

    13. People (buyers) will only be interested in us once our club is cleaned up...then and only then can our potential be seen by outsiders.

    14. Negativity breeds negativity

    15. Being positive means positive things will happen.

    16. What did BMC do for us apart from being the master of spin...nothing...hope he feels ok will all that money he made from us.

    17. Some of you lot need to grow up and back the club....no wonder teams don't fear us cos the club fears it's own fans...well not anymore...Mr. Cellino respects us but doesn't fear us.

I am welling up here Eire!

At the end of the day we could have signed mighty as coach and as long as we were getting reasonable and improving performances and the players were seen to try, and we are at least in with a sniff of the play offs come march 90% of us would be happy.....

I know feck all about this bloke so although not happy about no experience he will start with a clean slate.

Lose the first two games and the pressure will be immense, win them and he will be given time. But Cellino is the key to our future...
