    Don't know if there's any truth in this but I heard in the pub before the match that Bobby Kerr was coming on at half time and it was his 45th anniversary of making his debut for Sunderland, apparently he scored the winner that day in a 1 - 0 defeat of guess who -- Man City.
    I'm pissed off that I didn't get a bet on straight away, but there you go , happy with the result anyway.
    Just checked the stats and it's true, but it was New Years Eve 1966
