    http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/91669-Sort-it-out-Joey....

Note that problems have started occurring at QPR now they have him, but now we've got rid of him, we're playing better football and have more team spirit than ever before.

Perhaps, for all of Joey's football skills, he really does set the rot in at pretty much any club he plays at?

Very interesting indeed. Good news for us though now hes gone.

Can see something happening one day between Joey and Adel in a similar mould to when Bowyer and Dyer had handbags against Villa.

I'm sure people can vouch for me in relevance to the comments I've made saying that QPR would be in for a nasty shock with Barton, said it from the start.
Same with Nolan, was bigged up by the media as the best thing since sliced bread when he left us and now has been completely forgotten about.

Oh well, getting rid of the deadwood. ;)

On the point about their defense being ****, wasn't it us who warned them that it would be torn apart as soon as it came up against a better strike force? <whistle> Believe after our match they were all raving about their defense being still fantastic...

said it a while ago there was a rumour going round that players like barton/nolan/jose/carroll/smith had too much influence in the dressing room and esp. over CH and this was the reason pardew was brought in to sort it out didn't believe it at first but it seems to be making sense esp. with the comments coming out of the dressing room now about hard working, honest players with no big attitudes or egos (think there was a thread somewhere today making that point <whistle>

Ah well, i was sad to see him go but does hold him self very highely which can have a negative affect on the team, we are playing much better and pacier football without him....and we are keeping out the papers as best we can (ranger having a good go at filling bartons shoes)...

i noticed on twitter he has stopped sucking off his new team mates as much lately...when he first went he proper bummed his new players

Imagine if Barton acted like that with some of our new lads, wouldn't make a great impression.

Saying that, Yohan seemed pretty close to him for the short time they were together here.

Wasn't he involved in a bust up in the dressing room during the Leeds pre season friendly?

he's probably just realised he's only one of three players in the squad that's premier league standard the rest being CCC standard and some of them average CCC players, this was why i was ****ing annoyed by our result down there we should have done what Fulham did and torn them a new one.

Yeah I remember that, was Yohan involved.

I remember he (Cabaye) was complementing him in the media coming up to the QPR game, might of been some twisted agenda behind it?

If he's having a go at the team and individual players, then that's out of order. He's got a big mouth and a huge personality and that's his ultimate downfall.
If this is the case, and he's now disrupting their dressing room, i'm glad he's no longer here.

I don't know if cabaye was directly involved in it I thought that Barton had the hump because Cabaye was told to take over Barton's duties in taking the corners and free kicks. I think that Barton kicked off at other players at half time cos we were playing crap.

I heard that Cabaye said something like it can get a bit tense on the training ground with Barton around. Forgotten completely what the source was tbh.

Looks like a load of rumour to me. This particular line tickled me

"From a players mouth who played today.

Obviously can't & won't mention that player but in a nutshell said"

    Alright mate, we believe you..................
