    I'm sure we've been paying part of them, but probably no more than half.

    The same will be true of Meyler and Elmo, which is possibly why the Allam's are not in too much of a hurry to convert our loans to permanent's.

    I was more wondering if we paid a loan fee?

    I know most people dont seem to really equate fees with loans and see them as a 'free player' but the vast, vast majority of deals do carry a fee even if it isnt publicly referenced. Must be annoying if we paid one here and he went straight back...

    When a loan fee is involved the player cant be recalled.

    I dont trust a word that Martin Jol says anymore. His action flies in the face of what he said earlier in the week.

    Clint Dempsey was correct in what he said is Jol's big problem. Un-Trustworthy.

    It is true that a player can't be recalled if a loan fee has been paid.

    Nonsense. You dont call back a GK to sit on the bench. Then again you probaly would. Its done now and we move on. In Ben Amos we have to trust. Sadly some wont.

    If Fulham were playing, Schwarzer got injured during it and they had to put a young kid on with zero minutes' experience and he had a howler that cost them the points and they got relegated Jol would be sacked.

    I'd have recalled him every time.

    Now that is a worry. Mainly as he has hardly played much this season. It has to be Ben Amos. IMO.

    They are at Liverpool saturday and have big doubts over there home Boxing Day game with Saints due to the London Tube Strike. In other words one game. It would have made sense to recall for saturday week. 29th dec.

    The fact that even Fulham fans think Jols actions are crazy sums it up for me. In the long run it may work in our favour. TWT.

    He isn't young, but he only joined them this season and hasn't yet played in a single first team game.

    If it is called off, and we lose points due to some howlers from either Eldin or Amos, I think most will be seriously pissed off with Jol.

    Many Fulham fans already are pissed off with Jol over his entire handling of Stockdale. Stockdale has been messed about and pulled from Pilar to Post over the last 2 years. It seams that Jol c annot see beyond Schwartzer. Jol could have said "Play Stockdale @ Derby and then send him straight to Liverpool to sit on the bench. Now that would have been better.
