Odegaard has travelled with the squad, but Rice hasn't. Apparently Rice's injury isn't anything too serious, but he's been left out as a precaution. Will be interesting to see what our midfield three will be.

Feeling really underwhelmed about this game.

I hope we win obvs, but I just want us to come out of it with no new injuries ahead of Chelsea at the weekend.

I wish Jorginho would get more gametime.

How van Nwaneri not get any time either? Arteta is too negatives far this Season.

In the end we were very dominant but lacked cutting edge.

Should have scored 4-5 really. But if Saka isn't scoring nobody else steps up.

Nwaneri should have come on sooner he made good impact.

I thought the commentators were a bit harsh on us last night, okay we were not clinical in finishing but I felt we deserved at least a draw, the penalty decision was a ****ing joke!

Funny you should say that I was reading the Italian media had it totally differently. They are all saying Inter got lucky with the Sommar penalty decision

Was at the San Siro for this game - though was sat with the Inter fans, right near the Ultras. The atmosphere where I was sat was electric, but the other areas of the stadium were a bit subdued. Found it a bit weird.

The performance from Arsenal was an improvement on Newcastle, but that isn't saying much because the bar was so low.

I don't think we deserved to lose, on the balance of play, but we didn't create enough. We had like 100 corners and our players just seemed totally incapable of taking advantage. Saka whipped in some delicious crosses in as well. I also felt like we were too one-dimensional. We were spamming crosses in and their defenders were clearing their lines each time.

There was minimal between the lines presence, still not enough threat/penetration from central areas, didn't have anyone that could unlock their low block despite winning the ball high up the pitch and getting into dangerous areas.

Baring in mind they rested half their team for the Napoli game this weekend, really didn't reflect well on us that we couldn't break them down.

So, whilst the performance was better and I don't believe the display warranted a loss, the facts are we did lose and we currently sit 12th in that massive UCL table.

I get they're a well drilled side, they're Italian champions and we're playing at their ground. But we really need to start posing more attacking threat in these grounds and giving teams more to think about.
