Never seen it, but so I´ve heard he did. I think he´ll show us what he can do once he´s settled in abit more. I can see him being the player we all hope he will be.

I'll give him credit for kicking Milner in the nuts (top image of article)

Was hoping to see Vardy play but instead spent the entire game watching Inler. His positioning is incredible and every time he won the ball he looked to do something with it. Very few of his passes were backwards and he put some quality long and through balls in. If he plays half as well as he did for Switzerland then we're in for a treat. Bizarrely, with Shaqiri operating as a wide forward, similar to Vardy, they don't play all that different than us, so the signs are good. Seems harsh on King and Drinkwater but really looking forward to seeing him play with Kante, those are the two signings that have got me really excited.

He seems to play very deep, its going to be upto the other central midfielder(s) to get up the pitch to support the strikers.

Im sure Inler will pick out a good pass, but i don't think hes going to be on the edge of the oppositions box to have a shot.

He plays quite similar to how Patrick Vieira used to. He'll dither around the edge of the box during set-pieces but not actually enter it. His goalscoring record's pretty good for a defensive midfielder, and they all seem to be 30+ yarders. Kante looks like he's good getting forward, as are Drinkwater and King, so he'll certainly bring something different. He's got big shoes to fill but he could be as influential for us as Cambiasso.
