    LuaLua is out for the season - according to the Brighton Gazette.
    Ben Arfa is supposed to be April.
    No idea about the others though...

    Thought Jose was taken off just as a precaution? Hopefully he will be fit for Stoke, we will need him.

    I thought Hughton would have given him and a few other young ones (Ferguson, Ranger etc) more games than he did last year.

    I hope Sol Campbell messes up Ryan Taylor again, not to wish an injury but ive not seen him have a good game for us.

    Ben Arfa - targets Wolves game, Pardew thinks he's being optimistic
    Gosling - no idea, said he might just wait til next season so he's 100%
    Lua Lua - unspecified, but I read he was back soon and Pardew likes him
    Ireland - almost certainly ready for stoke, but wont play a reserve game this week
    Vuckic - traveled to Italy for that tournament, back soon
    Barton - same as Ireland, even has the same injury (minor thigh strain)
    Jose - unconfirmed

    He was only on loan last season, am I the only one who wishes we'd signed him ahead of Campbell now?

    I thought he was pretty good, watched him a few times and was always pretty impressed at how strong he was!
    Campbell is absolute pants - would much rather stick Kadar on the bench

    At least Kadar has a future, Campbell has been good but is well past it now, a Mickey Mouse signing in my opinion.

    If he can be retained as a defensive coach next season then I can see the benefit of signing him this year.

    He may be past his best now but he's certainly got a wealth of experience to pass on to the younger players.
