Former Blackpool ace Campbell and Icelandic international Helguson have both been sidelined since the end of January. On the subject of the striking duo, Hughes told www.qpr.co.uk: "DJ trained with the group for the first time yesterday (Monday) since his injury. I'm pleased about that. It's too soon for Wednesday, but we'll try to get him up-to-speed quickly now he's with the main group. He'll be another option for us. It's probably also a little bit too soon for him to make the weekend, but he's done a lot of extra work with the fitness guys and he probably needs a couple of weeks with the main group to get up-to-speed." Hughes continued: "We're hoping to get a green light from his (Helguson's) surgeon, because he feels really good. He feels he can step up his rehabilitation, so we're going to have a conversation with his surgeon and see if we can move him forward. With a bit of luck, if he gets the green light, hopefully we'll get him involved and doing some more functional work in the next couple of weeks, and then he should be back."
