really it looks like 90% of the big talent has been fast tracked and the coaching aint really looking like the next england manager either

given the squad and the fact that jones was only sent on its kind of the chelsea/city/utd show.

TBH I don't know when these guys will get a game in the current england set up.

 

Livramento has impressed at Southampton and it was nice to see a promising young player push for a move so he can actually play games .

Esit : mind you he is a RB so there is a bit of a queue in front of him .

This is what I don't get. Why was he with the NT for so long??

 

they probably wanted to wait and see if he could be played half fit and knackered for a month. they have probably said 24 hours before game that he is just not able to play against the mighty Luxembourg and so are not acting like they are doing us a favour by sending him home a couple hours early so we can get him ready for the next window for them.

this brings up an interesting point about LFC return to fitness protocols.

It is reported that Thiago is now "running" again. this means the medical staff have him at some level of fitness and working with him but klopp sets some form of full training for a period of time to be considered for selection.

Right now thiago is out but jones is available so we are just two CMs down.

Nah. He doesn't sit down and then come off for no reason. Has to be a 2 or 3 week injury.

They'll play him next game then knackered him for 3 months.

 

Senegal have now qualified so there should be no pressure to play him in the next match.
