Sorry if this has been discussed, but is there any word on the injuries suffered by a couple of our lads yesterday?

Not heard anything like, but they will have 2 weeks to recover for the City match. I would guess that they would be OK

This. I think Best will make it but I doubt he'll start because of his current form(not that good) in the last two home games(Everton and Wigan). <ok>

Pards reckons Cabaye and Marv could still be out for City.

Cabaye, Marv, Tiote, Ober, Best... have I missed anyone else? Blimey. Tiote should be fine though I hope. Don't fancy having Gosling starting against City.

We need Ben Arfa for this game. Two up front would be suicidal against them tbh. I know QPR did it yesterday, but at their place we need 5 in midfield

They've got a fortnight to recover, hopefully everyone will be back for Man City <ok>. I think it was more precaution than anything. What's the point in risking further injury when you're already 2 - 0 up at home?

Best was miles better than Ba yesterday, and he was better than Ba against Wigan. His all-round play was far better against Stoke but obviously Ba 3 shots 3 goals is world class. I'm not worried about Best's little goal drought.

Yeah I agree his all-round play was good but I don't know.. IMO he hasn't been the same as he was at the start of the season. :/

    And I'm a BIG Best fan. <ok>

It's like Best said.. (or Ba.. one of the two)... if one of them isn't scoring, the other one is! No qualms with that :p For me his play has been all about helping Ba get the goals.

    We shall see.

Ahh yes! Less worried about them 2 though. More worried about having both Cabaye AND Tiote out =/ Hopefully Tiote should be back for City though and I've got confidence in Guthrie!
