    In fact it's 8% !!
Gillingham season tickets for 2015/16 are now open for application.
The Official site has details of early bird applications for next seasons' season tickets.
Mr.Scally talks about keeping prices at the same as this season - but skirts over the fact that you need to get the application in before 12th April, otherwise they go up by 8%. ( even more if we accidently find ourselves in the Championship next season )
I will, of course, buy my usual two season tickets, but I am a little disappointed at the disproportional inflation rate compared with the Governments' official figure on inflation ( 0.5%) ...... and who among us will get a pay rise this year - and feel lucky if it is anything like 2%.

I've actually worked out that if I buy 'only' one season ticket and use the discounted tickets therein, and provided that Mr.Scally provides an additional 2 matches where we can invite a friend for a £5, ( highly likely) I will actually save £7 by buying the second ticket I need by making individual purches instead of giving the Club a big wedge of money NOW ---- And when I've needed a 3rd, and indeed a 4th ticket at various stages this season, I have ALWAYS been able to get them next to me or virtually in front.

Up The Gills -and down with my bank account

I have looked at last season prices and if i buy before 12 april it is the same price £355 if i bought my ticket last year before Mid May. If i buy after that date it is £380 which is also the same if i bought before June last year. Therefore no increase if we remain in this division.

    • sorry for the edit - but after last night's 'performance' we might not stay in THIS division ! A couple of weeks ago we were a dozen points above the relegation line - if Crawley win their game in hand ( and we have yet to go to their ground ) - we will be 'only' 5 points above the bottom 4 and still have some tough games against clubs at the top - as well as clubs at the bottom who will be fighting for their lives.
    • I note that Mr.Scally has not promised any reduction if we are relegated.
    • I note that Mr.Scally has withdrawn a previous offer - of an additional pair of tickets at half price - thus removing incentives from his loyal fans ( His words - not mine )
    • ....... but you know I'll still buy my 2 season tickets
